Responsibilities

Client Care support: Respond attentively and with urgency to client requests by email and phone. Ensure they can access their online program materials smoothly. Help troubleshoot simple IT issues (ie, Google drive, finding things in our online portal, downloading files).

Increase Workflow Efficiency: Evaluate our current systems and streamline for efficiency. Reorganize our SOPs and files so that everything's easy to find and use.

Instructional design: Review our online program materials and take the initiative to streamline and redesign delivery (ie, emails, online portal) for optimal client experience based on client feedback.

Project Management and Operations:
Work closely with CEO and take leadership of mapping out and overseeing online launches and webinars. Note: Online marketing strategy will be initiated by the marketing team; you will ensure timelines are met and oversee the team. Serve as the right-hand person of the CEO for all things operational. You will have two admin assistants helping you with your role, however, this is a hands-on role (not just an operations role).

Administrative and IT support:
Manage the CEO's calendar proactively and with accuracy. If you have strong IT and online business experience, you will also have an active IT role in troubleshooting tech situations. if not, don't worry as long as you can manage our current IT person and look for specialized IT support when needed.

Qualifications

Experience in a go-getter, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities required. 

  • Strong administrative, customer service, and client care experience required by phone and email.
  • Must be computer and IT savvy. Experience assisting coaches, business consultants, online businesses, or practice management companies required.
  • Experience supporting holistic practitioners or medical offices preferred (ie, chiropractors, acupuncturists, health coaches, naturopathic physicians, medical doctors, functional medicine practitioners, dentists, etc), but not required. Enjoy supporting behind-the-scenes PLUS calling to talk to people also.
  • Google drive and strong file management & process documentation experience.
  • Infusion Soft, Helpscout, Teamwork PM, Close.io, You Can Book Me, Jotform, Zapier, and WordPress experience a plus (although not a requirement).

Compensation
$20-$25 hourly

We do this by helping holistic health practitioners reach more people effectively. Many holistic practitioners went into the profession to help people but not to run a business and they struggle with that.
