Mt. Pleasant based growing Real Estate firm is seeking a personable, experienced and dedicated Office Manager/Listing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a "go-getter" who will be a key person to grow our team, track accountability and keep things running seamlessly. We are a very small team, so the ability to work well as part of a close knit team with a direct and friendly communication style is important to us.
The perfect candidate enjoys being given responsibility in a casual, yet demanding environment. This position is key for our team's ability to grow, as you’ll take administrative tasks off of sales people and allow them to sell. A "can-do," positive/supporting attitude, together with initiative and resourcefulness are essential.
We are open to starting someone part time, then moving someone full time within the next 6-12 months, as the team continues to grow. Your work schedule can be flexible (within business hours) once initial training has been completed.
