We have an immediate opening for a talented & experienced office professional to join our Company. The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing attentive, accurate, and enthusiastic support for our real estate companies. They are the first line of communication and face of the company and are responsible for reception/front desk, maintaining the day-to-day smooth operation of the office, and supporting the Leadership team. They should thrive in a busy environment and excel in all forms of communication. This is a Full-time, in-office position 8:30 am - 5:30 pm M-F


  • Opening and Closing the office
  • Answering phones for 2 companies and directing calls appropriately as well as the ability to answer questions and assist callers when needed
  • Oversight of the conference room calendar on a daily basis
  • Greeting Guests - scheduled appointments, walk-ins, deliveries, etc.
  • Restocking supplies throughout the day
  • Tracking inventory of supplies
  • Copier management - tech issues, training, support calls, supply orders
  • Coordinate any building maintenance issues with property management
  • Email management
  • Agent onboarding assistance
  • Employee onboarding assistance
  • Event Coordination - Executing upon booking venue(s), i.e. getting pricing, and restrictions, communicating with the team on options, coordinating with event venue once selected, Notification to Agents on what we are doing and how they can participate, Setting up the Eventbrite for registrations, Agent participation - # of invites, Coordinating with Partners, participation, Monitoring RSVP’s, headcounts, etc.
  • Holiday / Seasonal Decorations - Putting them up and taking them down
  • Scheduling maintenance for company vehicles
  • Preparation of the Monthly Sales Meeting Slides
  • Weekly Saturday internal email
  • Weekly Monday internal sales email, listings, coming soon, open houses, sales, top producers
  • IT - issues, coordination
  • Conferences - Assistance
  • Managing agent and staff Birthdays, Anniversaries
  • Lead management for the real estate team
  • Data entry


  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • 2+ years of administrative experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • Advanced computer skills working with a variety of online programs

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
