This is a full-time position responsible for the basic coordination of the team's daily activities.   • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication

  • Communicate with technicians, project managers, tenants, etc.
  • Request/coordinate hygienist testing as needed
  • Respond to inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • You are not just a problem solver, but also a solution finder and will do anything to ensure the best experience for your team
  • Excellent and Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • You work well with others and enjoy working and being part of a team
  • Schedule Tech Appointments/Inspections

  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
$23 - $27 hourly
