Are you professional, friendly, and looking for a job that is different every day? Then the field coordinator - office assistant job is for you. Your primary job will be to provide support for our transaction and listing management functions by visiting properties to prepare properties for sale, couriering documents, managing inventory, assisting with company events as well as participating in operations and marketing initiatives. This role will often keep you on the road moving from project to project. The position will also require some lifting. We offer benefits for full-time employees.

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly + Benefits


  • Manage signs, lockboxes, keys, etc.
  • Assist in staff and client event preparation and coordination
  • Manage and stock office supplies
  • Help keep office organized
  • Make Buyer and Seller folders
  • Open and close properties for showings
  • Assist in marketing and office projects
  • Run errands


  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Active Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to solve problems on your own
  • Can multi-task
  • Technology savvy
  • Be able to lift up to 35lbs occasionally

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly+
