Ashton Taylor Realty has an immediate need to fill our Office Coordinator position. The Office Coordinator plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. 

As the first and last person clients and our agents see when they are in the office, the Office Coordinator is instrumental in making sure everyone has a positive experience. 

  • Greets clients, prospective clients and agents in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office. 
  • Handles incoming telephone calls. 
  • Sorts and distributes the mail. Sends periodic client correspondence. 
  • Creates social media marketing for the company and current agents. 
  • Coordinates the agent training, social and event calendar.  
  • Coordinates upcoming training and CE classes for agents.
  • Plans social events for the agents and community events. 
  • Orders and handles office supplies. 
  • Coordinates outside vendors. 
  • Develops, mails and analyzes client satisfaction surveys. 
  • Develops and maintains written documentation (systems) of all activities. 
  • Writes down "6 Most Important" and prioritizes them each day before leaving the office. 
  • Performs data entry for agents such as entering listings into the Swift system.
  • Assist in recruitment of agents.
  • Handles agent on-boarding process.
  • Other basic clerical duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client and agent service orientation. 
  • Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone. 
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people. 
  • Social media marketing and mail out marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, manage shifting responsibility and ability to multi-task. 
  • Professional demeanor. 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Skills.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and must be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Must have a minimum of at least 1 year office administrative experience.
$12 - $13/ hour
