Disher Electric is seeking a quality, skilled Office and Assistant Manager in their office in Stevens Point, WI. A great candidate should be able to assist in managing day-to-day customer and operations functions, enabling the rest of the business to thrive.

This is an hourly position ranging from $10-$15/Hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Employee and customer communications 
  • Answer phones 
  • Organize day-to-day operations 
  • Order materials 
  • Check job profitability 
  • Update website 
  • Schedule personnel
  • Business planning and analyzing 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). 
  • Previous office experience in a receptionist/front desk role. 
  • QuickBooks experience in both A/R and A/P. 
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to multi-task. 
  • Effective personal computer skills including the use of MS Office Suite.  
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Clean background/criminal history.


Compensation
$10.00 - $15.00/Hour
