Marketing Administrative Assistant 

Part-Time 15-20 hrs a week

We are seeking an organized professional who can streamline all efforts of the team for increased productivity. We need someone dedicated to supporting company growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for our team, clients, business associates, and community.

Our Administrative Assistant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, G-Suite, Adobe) required. Proficiency at quick typing required. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first. Marketing Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creates all brochures, flyers, online and social media marketing materials
  • Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials, postcards, and advertising campaigns
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media using Hootsuite or other scheduling media
  • Act as a liaison between customers and team members
  • Stock and restock Open House kits and Listing/Buyer Folders/ Envelopes
  • Prepare closing gifts

Office Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for agents, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Update checklist for office supplies/inventory
  • Occasionally run errands
  • Various tasks asked by agents
  • Develop and implement ongoing communication with the client post closing
  • Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports
  • B S./B.A. in Marketing or Minimum of 2 years marketing/brand management in an agency or real estate sales environment 
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Social media expert
  • Strong work ethic, deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy
  • Open to bringing new ideas , ability to think “outside the box”
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, G-Suite, Adobe and Internet skills, Experience with Adobe Suite (intermediate
