We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional Office Assistant to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling projects with customers, database entry, office organization, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.   • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
  • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
  • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information

  • Manage customer files both in hard copy and electronically
  • Coordinate with fellow employees on projects to ensure project goals are met

  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations

  • High degree of computer competence
  • Eager to render support at any level of the organization
  • Ability to work part-full time, 25-40 hours a week. Primarily between the hours of 8:30 am-5:00 pm

$16.65 - $18.37 hourly plus bonus plan
