We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for the owner. Aside from working closely with the Agency owner, you’ll also support a team of agents by helping me post videos on Youtube and other online platforms. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. In addition to this, I need help with my health insurance sales.   • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary

  • Assist me with training agents
  • Update Google sheets
  • Edit and maintain Youtube videos for agent training
  • Call leads, quote, and issue policies
  • Working directly with Agency owner on other daily tasks
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers and notate details in management system
  • Notify customers of pending policy documents
  • Complete request to update mortgagee information for home polices
  • Answer customer calls as quickly as possible
  • Request referrals when in contact with an existing customers
  • Process customers change requests
  • Take customer payments
  • Must have a positive attitude and be prepared to multi-task
  • Educate policy holders on their insurance plan

  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels

  • Must be licensed within 90 days for life and health and preferably also Property & Casualty
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Sales and marketing and/or insurance background (not required, but preferred)
  • Proficient in social media applications
  • Professional demeanor and a strong self-starter with an eagerness to learn
  • Great customer service skills
  • Driven and goal-oriented
