We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as a transaction coordinator. You will be talking with sellers, buyers, and escrow to move transactions to the finish line.

Additionally, we are looking for an admin assistant to help us organize our database of clients and help hire acquisition managers to work with us.

Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people.

Responsibilities
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
Qualifications
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Compensation
$12,000 - $15,000 yearly
