We are seeking a full-time Client Concierge for our Criminal Defense Law Firm. This is a hybrid position of a highly-skilled receptionist and legal assistant.
This position is only for people with an outstanding ability to communicate empathy in person and over the phone, as well as the ability to triage calls and situations. Our growing firm desires a multi-tasker who delivers a great first impression via phone, zoom, and in-person. We pride ourselves in our excellent relationships with clients, professional partners, and the community. Exceptional client service is always expected.
The Client Concierge’s job functions entail triaging calls, assisting the admin team with the daily workload of processing mail, documents, emails, and outgoing calls. The position is also the first face and voice for the firm for receiving calls and making calls to courts and agencies, meeting and greeting former, current, and potential new clients (PNC) and other callers/guests/visitors on the telephone, in person when they visit our office, or via Zoom. The person in this position maintains the standards and protocols prescribed by the management team in our policies and procedures.
Interested candidates must submit the following documents in PDF format only:

Those we select for further consideration will participate in a written interview, participate in one or more phone and zoom interviews, and provide professional references.
We are a small boutique law firm that has been in business since 2010, with a sterling reputation for excellence in the legal community.
