Bring joy to the office - Director of first Impressions: Greet and announce all teammate visitors. 

Front Desk Management 

  • Business Hours 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Full time - 40 Hours/week
  • Complete regularly office tasks 
  • Ensure all World Class Touches are completed daily 
  • Ensure printers, bathrooms, kitchen are stocked as needed with necessary supplies 
  • Make sure lobby area and front desk is clean and organized 
  • Coordinate “Contractor” items as needed (cleaning, snow, general repairs, pests, etc.) 
  • Proactively look for ways we can operate more efficiently 
  • Complete special projects as assigned 

Human Resources Process 

  • Setup interviews, scan resumes, social media research, assessment administration  
  • Assist Ops/HR Lead with recruiting and onboarding processes and systems 
  • Start/update onboarding Document for all new team members 
  • IT support/assistance with systems for agents and team members 

Execution for Team 

  • Executive assistance for the leadership team 
  • Complete or delegate/ensure completion of all errand/runner needs (agents, marketing, office) 
  • Ensure guides and packets for buyer agents, listing agents and stagers are always fully stocked 
  • HOA/Association and Home Warranty Tasks 

Helping with Client and Team Events 

  • Work in tandem with the Marketing Coordinator to setup/plan/execute internal and external events 

Responsibilities

  • All assigned tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner 
  • All HR Process support is proactively handled  
  • Bring a positive, supportive vibe to the office and tasks  


Qualifications

  • Must possess high attention to detail and be organized with task management 
  • Experience using PC - Windows 10; Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word; Google Online: Docs, Sheets, Forms 
  • Typing Speed minimum of 60 WPM  
  • Strong customer service skills (internal and external), required 
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, good organizational abilities and calm under pressure 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines and problem solve 
  • Be self-motivated, self-starter and be driven to complete tasks and doesn’t need to be micro-managed 
  • Appreciative of being held accountable to measurable success 
  • Willing to drive within Twin Cities Metro are with reliable car and proper license and insurance 
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds 

Compensation
$35,000 / year
