We're looking for a professional, friendly and outgoing Administrative Assistant with a Can Do attitude! Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping with paperwork. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people. Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements

  • Answering phones
  • Scanning and filing documents

Qualifications
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels

  • Bubbly personality

Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
