We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and making existing office systems more efficient. You’ll also support the team by tracking and updating spreadsheets with current information to ensure good customer experience and quick turnaround. Good computer skills are a must, as data entry, system updates, research information and weekly reports will be key responsibilities.   • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements

  • Update Google sheets daily to provide most current information
  • Data entry in CRM and other systems
  • Research and obtain needed information
  • Track incoming leads
  • Gather information and create weekly updates to clients

  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • High school diploma or GED required
$12 - $16 hourly
