We're searching for an office assistant to provide administrative support to our Property Management Division. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day tasks and operations of our property manager. Including taking incoming calls and questions in a friendly and timely manner, field assignments to properties, and assisting our property manager with general admin duties.   • Act as a point of contact for customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Filed activities: property evaluations, all real estate and property management-related field work
  • Answer phone calls with the highest level of customer service, act as a liaison between clients and staff to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • General office activities and support to property management duties.
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Have your own transportation.
  • Organizational skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
$14 to $16 hourly
