10 to 15 hours/week

• Receptionist - answering phones
• Printing and assembling marketing / open house materials
• Preparing client gifts
• Preparing agent gifts
• Office care and ordering supplies
• Coordinating venue and moving truck rentals
• Event planning and assistance

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and excited to learn
• Impeccable phone skills and great written communication
• Flexible hours around the needs of our business
