We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our popular real estate office that happens to have 400+ 5-star reviews. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, show properties answer phone calls and emails, schedule meetings, and appointments, tend to errands, and assist us with other operations as needed. We'll need your help on the weekends, so please only apply if available to work weekends as well.

Flexible schedule from 20-40 hours per week depending on your experience and skillset.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
  • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date

  • Answer calls and answer basic questions or direct them to the property agent. Must have great phone etiquette for this and engage with clients on the phone
  • Comfortable with making outgoing calls to leads or past clients
  • Be the face of the team and willing to go to networking events as needed
  • Create marketing material, schedule open houses, take video or even be part of the video for social media
  • Call showing agents for feedback on our listings and properly relay to the client
  • Assist our agents by scheduling showings, working up contracts, etc. 
  • Arrange open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
  • Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell. Will occasionally require meeting them on site
  • Visit properties to evaluate them for team lead
  • Assist in our 5-star service goal by coordinating gifts, tokens of appreciation, etc, post closing, for our clients
  • Must also assist with direct-mail, social media content, webpage, marketing, new home marketing, etc. 
  • Show properties to clients

Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

  • Willing to obtain Real Estate License at our expense.

Compensation
$14 - $18 hourly

We want to be proud of the work we do and want the ability to choose our clients. We typically have 30-50 active clients in our pipeline. Looking to grow that further.
