  • Properly file and organize physical and electronic documents, receipts, bills, etc.
  • Coordinate drop-off/pick-up of keys and abstracts; notarize and coordinate listing documents with the remote Transaction Coordinator.
  • Responsible for running documents and funds for closings; depositing checks as necessary.
  • The issue, monitor, and invoice inspection repairs for various projects. Receive and forward receipts.
  • Assist with aspects of the marketing program including management of lists (Excel), ordering marketing materials, and communicating with vendors; assisting with data input as instructed.
  • Act as point of contact for property management companies both commercial and residential; act as a point of contact for tenants on self-managed rentals: field phone calls, issue repair requests, and assist with the lease application process.
  • Oversee all office activities and maintain necessary office supplies.
  • Support all team members via other administrative and scheduling duties as assigned.

We are a local real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller and realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value and are in need of some renovation, which is exactly what our buyers are seeking. We close fast, buy homes in "as-is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
