We're looking for a professional, friendly office assistant to join our dynamic team! Your primary job will be to assist our Administrators, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include data entry, emails, updating files, maintaining monthly reports, mail processing, and handling incoming phone inquiries. If you are an ambitious team player with superb organizational skills, are meticulous in details, able to meet deadlines, can successfully perform under high pressure while maintaining an upbeat professional demeanor, and desiring to work within a family oriented office culture, this may be the perfect job for you!


  • Maintain monthly reports
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Answer phone calls
  • Process mail
  • Update daily files
  • Maintain confidential files
  • Attend Educational Webinars
  • Provide office assistant support as needed

  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

  • Real Estate experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Able to work independently or as a Team Player
  • Self-motivated and initiates work production
  • Friendly, professional, and calm demeanor

$15 - $16 hourly
