We're looking for a part-time office assistant that can also perform bookkeeping tasks. The candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, drafting emails, answering basic customer questions, and some bookkeeping tasks. The bookkeeping will consist of posting information to accounting journals and QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.   • Answer phones, emails, and correspondence as necessary
  • Data entry and record maintenance in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Office Duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Must possess exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products. Outlook, Word, Excel is a must
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and experience with QuickBooks Online a plus.
  • Must be a quick learner and have the ability to multi-task
  • Working in an accounting office is a plus

Compensation
$13 - $16 hourly
