Jeff Glover and Associates Client Care Associate will work primarily at our Birmingham, Michigan location, however some travel to our other Metro Detroit satellite offices may be required. The Client Care Associate is ultimately responsible for the overall management for customer services provided to our clients and agents. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is energetic, reliable, focused and organized.


  • Act as administrative support throughout the real estate process
  • Assist in sending out mailers on a weekly basis
  • Answer incoming calls as our Front Desk associate
  • Communicate with clients and/or agents on a daily basis
  • Greet clients and maintain visual appearance of office
  • Execute projects given on a weekly or monthly basis by leadership

  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have an interest in the residential real estate business
  • Strong clerical or administrative experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Marketing skills preferred but not required

$12 - $15 hourly
