The ideal candidate will have clerical, administrative, and real estate experience. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Please Note: 

*This is a part-time position (20 hours/week)

*The pay rate is $8-$10/hr + bonuses

*Applicants who do not complete the follow up personality assessment will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients, agents, and vendors
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Use programs to create and request property marketing 
  • Enter critical dates, documents, and information in transaction management system
  • Work with the transaction coordinator as a secondary liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
  • Assist with preparation of forms and presentation materials for properties, as well as draft correspondence letters
  • Send out weekly reminders of upcoming training's, events, dates via email to agents
  • Attend meetings, events, and training's
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from broker, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals

Compensation

$8 - $10/hr +bonuses
