Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a high-energy, highly organized, detail-oriented, full-time Administrative Assistant to provide superior coordination of desk duties utilizing superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We need an out of the box thinker who can attend to minute details and see their relevance to the big picture goals of our organization. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.

This high-energy, detail-oriented, professional will be responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks to efficiently and with confidence.


  • Take day to day office tasks away from agents, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Implement, improve upon and manage all systems and checklists using a task manager system
  • Oversee buyer and listing files and marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers

  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents and data entry
  • Proficient in time management
