Motivated individual needed--to join a successful real estate team. Your position is vital to the success of our team. You'll be working with 10-15 agents on our team; nurturing real estate leads and customers until they are ready to meet in person.

• Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
• Primary duties include outbound texts and warm calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
• Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with our Outside Sales Agents
• Follow our scripts. All are provided
• Qualify leads to accurately determining timing and motivation

• Previous sales/telephone work is a big plus
• Our main office is in SW Norman, just off I-35
• Have excellent follow-up skills
• Practices memorizing and internalizing scripts
• Passionate about helping people
• Great Attitude, Character, and Work Ethic
• Strong phone skills: Ability to set appointments over the phone
