- Handle lead calls and lead generation duties
- Coordinate all back office functions for top producers
- Create contracts and track all important dates
- Prioritize all deal activities, setting appointments, signing deals, follow up on key dates, deposits, paperwork additions, extensions, closings etc.
- Keep office running smoothly
- Create and implement procedures where needed, follow and implement ones in place.
- Manage trend, co-star, social media
- All back office support for busy real estate top producers
- All admin and clerical activities
- Handle calls and on line inquiries
- Marketing and social media
- Assist closing manager and sales manager as needed
- Must have real estate office transaction experience
- Must be highly organized and able to troubleshoot, multitask and work as a self starter
- Must have great skill and understanding in real estate applications, trend, zip forms, docusign, costar, loopnet as well as word and excel, social media
- Motivated, hard working and loyal
- Understand and be able to track the contract to close process
$35,000 plus benefits and bonus
