  • All back office support for busy real estate top producers
  • All admin and clerical activities
  • Handle calls and on line inquiries
  • Marketing and social media
  • Assist closing manager and sales manager as needed
  • Must have real estate office transaction experience
  • Must be highly organized and able to troubleshoot, multitask and work as a self starter
  • Must have great skill and understanding in real estate applications, trend, zip forms, docusign, costar, loopnet as well as word, excel and social media
  • Motivated, hard working and loyal
  • Understand and be able to track the contract to close process
$40,000 plus bonus based on experience
