  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed

  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Inventory management + reporting
  • Working with office management and sales floor
  • Can work individually with a take initiative attitude
  • Provides feedback and ideas for bettering process and protocol

  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
