We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will join our work family to help us grow. If you're willing to work hard and learn fast we want you. The Office Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include ordering, shipping and receiving, bookkeeping, and front and back-office assistance. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

  • Communicate with vendors in regards to custom and classic orders
  • Communicate with staff and follow ordering procedures
  • Contributing organizational input for efficiencies
  • Becoming an expert at the business's POS front and back end systems
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Attend special events and participate in charity events sponsored by the company
  • Coordinate in-store events with upper management
  • Partake in all training required, prepare trainings, and continue jewelry education provided by the company
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) knowledge in excel and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
