We are looking for an office administrator to join our growing team. We’re looking to invest in a candidate who is interested in teamwork, growth, and the opportunity to work in an ever-changing industry. You’ll be in charge of the day-to-day organization and scheduling tasks to keep the business running smoothly. This position will work directly with the Project Manager and Operations Manager. Responsibilities
  • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget

  • Answering the company phone line and engaging with customers and suppliers
  • Scheduling tasks
  • Managing office emails
  • Managing customer files
  • Assisting the Project Manager and Operations Manger

Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be very detail-oriented
  • Strong organization skills
  • Flexible
  • Patient

Compensation
$16 - $22 hourly
