We are looking for candidates that are energetic and friendly in person and on the phone to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.


  • Pay: $12.00 per hour + overtime (if needed)  
  • Health insurance (for the employee only, not including dependents)  
  • Great way to get yourself familiar with the real estate industry  
  • Fixed work hour schedule  
  • Vacation: 2 weeks per year

About the Office Admin position:

  • Saturday, Sunday, and 3 weekdays (for an example, Monday-Wednesday) from 8AM to 5PM (1 hour lunch break)   
  • Answer incoming phone calls   
  • Prepare flyers   
  • Other general office duties 

Your qualities:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment   
  • Hard working   
  • Warm and friendly  
  • No past real estate experience needed 

$12.00 / hr
