We’re looking for a professional, friendly Office Administrator. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients and agents, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies as needed, and assisting in marketing our brand online and at events.   • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills in order to manage daily operations
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials like brochures, renderings, Facebook Ads
  • Oversee the filing system for listings and sales of all properties
  • Work with the management team on issues and problems
  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Maintain electronic files, agreements, logs and databases
  • Responsible for all aspects of new real estate agent onboarding process
  • Assist branch manager with recruiting efforts
  • Assuring the collection and distribution of all commission checks

  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
$49,920 - $56,160 yearly
