We are enterprising family law, probate law firm, and civil litigation firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and work directly with the managing attorney to ensure the firm’s operations run efficiently so that our attorneys can focus their time and attention exclusively on handling client matters.
We want to be known for helping clients come out of extremely emotional processes feeling as though they are a better person and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast and need an Office Administrator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in assisting a managing partner with running a successful business.

The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done, complete tasks with minimal hand-holding, be process-driven, and committed to helping our firm reach peak efficiency.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to be the fulcrum for our firm’s growth and sustainability, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. There is an opportunity for growth in our firm for those candidates who can demonstrate their profitability.
