Aldrich Web Solutions, a local e-commerce software provider, has an immediate opening for an on-site Office Administrator. Aldrich Web Solutions prides itself on providing a positive work environment based on Christian principles.

Aldrich is looking for a candidate that is comfortable speaking with customers, has a team-win mindset, is a problem solver, and wants to work in a professional business environment. The perfect candidate likes working in a self-directed manner to complete tasks and is willing to find new things that add value to the team. Excellent typing, written, and verbal communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.

This position requires the candidate to be on-site and have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license. This position will require driving to the post office and bank on a daily basis (appx 1 mile).

This is a part-time position of typically 25 hours per week. The actual daily hours have some flexibility but are typically 10 am-3 pm.

Responsibilities

The Office Administrator handles many of the day-to-day operations such as:

  • Answering inbound phone calls for customers needing help
  • Retrieving mail from the Post Office to receive documents in a timely fashion
  • Proofreading documents for the team so that we produce quality documents
  • Managing posts to our social media account so that customers understand who we are and what we are about
  • Processing new customer documents and customer billing so that new customers are accurately billed
  • Receiving customer payments so that customer accounts are kept up to date
  • Communicating with our bookkeeper to coordinate bank deposits, etc. so that customers' payments are processed efficiently
  • Answering inquiries from customers about billing questions so that customers can understand their billing
  • Managing the office supplies and reordering so that we have the supplies needed to work
  • Printing and mailing marketing materials so that prospects get a personal package from us to make an impression
  • Managing travel arrangements for the team as needed so that our team gets where they need to go
  • Various other tasks that make our team and customers successful

Compensation
$14 - $18 hourly
