We are looking for a talented individual to join our CPA firm. This position will be responsible for initiating a great client experience with those we serve, supporting our accounting staff, and helping us stay organized to ensure a quality working environment


  • Answer inbound telephone calls regarding accounting services
  • Meet and greet clients while initiating a great client experience
  • Assist with tax return assembly and filing
  • Organize documents and look for efficient methods to improve processes
  • Manage inbound e-mails and assist accountants with meeting the needs of our clients


  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently with motivation for efficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients on telephone and in-person
  • In-bound call center, client facing positions, office and clerical positions are a plus
  • Ability to use a computer for e-mail and some other office computer applications
  • Ability to solve problems and present solutions

$20 - $24 hourly
