Responsibilities

Providing administrative support at several levels to ensure efficient operation of the office transactions including but not limited to:

  • Supporting real estate associates through a variety of tasks including but not limited to all MLS Listing data entry and closed sales processing
  • Work closely with the Managing Broker to ensure the administrative operations of the office run efficiently to meet the demands of our customers as well as our sales associates
  • Special projects as needed
  • Other general office-related administrative duties
  • Reports directly to the Managing Broker

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a real estate sales office environment, with quick and efficient response time is a plus.
  • Proficient in MLS, knowledge of dotloop a plus.
  • Ability to navigate with speed and multitask with ease on a PC-based computer.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Word and Outlook.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • Dependable and Reliable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
  • Real Estate background required.

Compensation
$44,000 - $50,000 yearly
