We're looking for an office administrator and marketing assistant to support our agents and office activities and occasionally create and distribute marketing materials to build our market share in the Charleston area.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to discover their wants and needs
  • Create social media graphics and other digital marketing materials using Canva
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Make outbound phone calls to potential clients

Qualifications

  • Great phone etiquette and experience with CRM software preferred
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with social media platforms and Ad management
  • Experience with MacOS and apple products

Compensation
$15 hourly
