Market Center Administrator - Chicago Western Suburbs
We are looking for a talented, highly detail oriented, learning based individual to fill the leadership role of Market Center Administrator. This is an opportunity to be a key player in our growing real estate organization. If you possess strong leadership skills with demonstrated bookkeeping and accounting experience, we want to hear from you. The MCA is responsible for overseeing the administrative systems/operations of the office and all financials/accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closings. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with effective communication skills, tech-savvy, and an extraordinary ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You must love people as much as you love numbers in order to truly excel in this role. Real Estate experience is not required but would be very helpful.
This position is responsible for the office financials, daily operations of the office and oversees staff.
