RE MAX Prestige, a successful brokerage in Alpharetta, GA is seeking to hire a part-time Office and Accounting Manager to perform a variety of tasks from commission payout to agent sign on and exit. This position will support brokerage through running back office processes maintaining office functions. The ideal candidate will have prior accounting experience.

This position is expected to be in the office Monday through Friday. This is not a work from home position and has the potential for growth in the future. The ideal candidate is expected to be on time. Additionally, the ideal candidate is expected to be organized and detail-oriented as they will be handling time-sensitive material.

  • Manage accounting books, commission checks, and earnest money deposit
  • Generate month end and year end financial reports
  • Sign on and onboard agents
  • Facilitate all processes upon agent exit
  • Coordinate supply restocks and facilitate requests for office needs
  • Prior accounting experience (current or previous licensing preferred)
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask on a consistent basis
  • Technologically proficient required (we use a variety of tools and softwares on a daily basis)
  • Proficient knowledge of G-Suite
  • Prior real estate experience a plus
$14 hourly
