We are looking to hire an Off-Site Staffing Recruiter for a facility in Seneca. This recruiter will serve as the front line of the hiring process and will answer directly to the Onsite Manager.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Logging into our pipeline to obtain applicants for open positions
  • Full-cycle recruiting/onboarding candidates
  • Slotting candidates to desired shift/positions
  • Updating the shared database
  • Continual communication with Onsite Manager 
  • Visual appearances in the community
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with community organizers, Technical Colleges, and local High Schools
  • Organizing, scheduling and attending Job Fairs
  • Posting jobs to the job boards
  • Advertising
  • Some night and weekends may be required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Scheduling off-site recruiting venues for each day of the week
Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must have shift flexibility 
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume/high demand recruiting role
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • MS Office/Excel proficiency required
  • Customer Service experience preferred

Compensation
$14 - $16 (DOE)
