  • Are you ready for an exhilarating opportunity to hop into real estate with warm and hot leads fed daily?
  • Take part in joining a team of well training real estate investors who work harmoniously together to close deals. Every day you can expect several warm-hot leads to be delivered directly to your VIA text message alerts.
  • You simply call, book the appointment, show up and present the offer on behalf of the company.
  • Your focus as a Home Buying Specialist will be on negotiating deals, Not construction management.
  • Home Buying Specialists love working, have disciplined habits around lead follow-up and CRM/Technology management, and love the thrill of signing deals.
  • Background in sales required. Past experience in auto sales, in-home/construction sales, or real estate would be ideal for the Home Buying Specialist role.
  • This is an opportunity to be a part of a successful team of investors where you control your outcome.
  • We will provide all the training, support, tools, office space, and marketing. Our onboard training process is what you would get if you spent tens of thousands of dollars on courses to get into this industry.

Responsibilities

  • Call Hot/Warm leads and schedule appointments to make offers
  • Prepare offers
  • Present offers in person at the appointment
  • Manage negotiations over time
  • Manage the process of closing deals

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred
  • Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred
  • Construction Management experience is a plus
  • Flipped a few houses already? Might be perfect

Compensation
$30,000 Annually + Commission - up to $60,000-100,000+ Yearly
