The Nurse Practitioner will join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals working to provide quality care to our patients in a comprehensive and compassionate manner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care services, ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess the patient’s medical condition and developing and implementing treatment plans. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care possible. The successful Nurse Practitioner will have a passion for delivering quality care and will be rewarded with a competitive hourly wage of $60 - $62. • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on patients.
• Manage patient treatment plans and modify as needed; evaluate patient progress.
• Educate patients and family members on health conditions and wellness strategies.
• Prescribe medications and provide follow-up instructions for medication use.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing
• Medical Board Certification from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification as a PHMNP
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current US Work Authorization.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
