We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to fill our Thursdays at our Rancho Cucamonga location.

Very low stress, Family atmosphere. As a Nurse Practitioner at our Health and Wellness Clinic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, with a focus on weight loss, hormone management, and peptide therapy. Your role will include performing patient assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and managing patient follow-up. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

• The NP will be responsible for medically qualifying or not patients to do meds for our weight loss or Hormone optimization programs.
• We are looking for only one day to be filled. Thursday is the only day we need filled.

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner
