• Please note work hours are 8 am - 5 pm PST with the flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed

• Write compelling content that supports our lead generation goals and overall marketing strategy including social media posts, web copy, blogs, and more
• Take responsibility for designing and managing all paid advertising including graphic design and copy
• Make sure our website, email, and social media accounts are regularly updated with the most recent information, and our audiences are engaging, paying close attention to SEO
• Send out a report of monthly stats on our web and social media traffic, engagement, and lead gen to ensure we’re meeting our KPIs and make any recommendations for improvement
• Build a sales funnel that generates and nurtures leads by overseeing all marketing strategies and campaigns for our lending office

• Is familiar with web platforms, email systems, and social media platforms
• Firm grasp on the importance of brand identity and reputation with an emphasis on public relations
• At least 2 years of marketing or related field experience
• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Needs to be up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
