New home sales experience a plus but will train enthusiastic, coach-able individuals. There is real potential to earn over $100,000+ through draws and commission.

Responsibilities
  • Open houses approximately 40 hours per week for 48 weeks of the year.
  • Greets, presents, qualifies and overcomes objections, follows up and closes.
  • Projects the most positive and professional image through comprehensive knowledge of the product, the construction process, the competition, and real estate knowledge.
  • Interacts with co-brokers.
  • Recommends ideas such as changes in pricing and specifications for effectively generating sales traffic most efficiently and at the least cost - to keep abreast of market trends.
  • Identifies/analyzes problems and recommends solutions. Suggests ways to improve company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates the processing of the sale with the closing manager.
  • Ensures that the models and sales offices are properly maintained and merchandised on a daily basis.
  • Ensures all directional signage is properly positioned and maintained on a weekly basis.
  • Reports to the sales and marketing manager and laterally with construction manager.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of new homes sales experience or builder representative experience
  • PA Real Estate license a plus
  • Ability to manage a CRM
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction and lending options a plus
  • Selections process knowledge a plus
Compensation
$36,000 + commission, potential upwards of $100,000
