We are aggressively seeking a New Homes Sales Agent who is ready to hustle, sell new construction homes (spec and pre-construction) and get paid for their performance with unlimited earning potential. This position requires presenting neighborhood properties to prospective buyers and convert walk in and internet traffic to purchasers. Available properties are promoted via MLS and Internet using a variety of media and promoting materials.

BONUS earning potential:

  • Commissions from sales with buyers or sellers of real estate.
  • Referral commissions for buyers or sellers referred to our agents.
  • Recruiting referrals income for recruiting agents into the company.
Responsibilities
  • Staff furnished model 5 days per week
  • Reach out to area Agents with neighborhood details and consistently follow up in person, by phone/text and email
  • Present neighborhood plans/lots to prospective buyers and walk them through purchase contract
Qualifications

  • Current SC real estate license
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Compensation
$30,000+ Commission Based
