The Good Home Team with Keller Williams Realty is a top 1% real estate team in North Texas (ranked #68 in units sold in all of Texas). We are looking for an aggressive New Business Development Specialist who is ready to make money in real estate!

The New Business Development Specialist is the person that will be helping to drive massive sales for their division. They will be talking to new potential clients (sellers and buyers) through calling, texting, and emailing and will be setting appointments for the sales agents to convert into clients of The Good Home Team.

Responsibilities
  • Convert and cultivate new clients on a daily basis.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified clients for DARE agents.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and tracking to include lead conversion rates.
  • Report tracking metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Ability to memorize, practice and deliver prospecting scripts
  • Technology Savvy
  • A consistently positive attitude and customer service mentality
  • A strong desire to achieve goals and focus on results
  • Effective listening skills and ability to create rapport with clients
  • Ability to concentrate on phone conversations while blocking out distractions
  • Ability to communicate with clients and team members in a warm but effective manner
Compensation
$20,000 - $60,000 yearly
