Adoni Networks, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to fill the role of Network Engineer in our La Crosse Office.
The network engineer position is a field service role responsible for the ongoing maintenance and administration of small to medium-business client networks. Duties include regular site visits. Maintenance activities, project management, consulting activities, and desk-side support.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Networks and Active Directory is required. Office 365, Gmail, Cisco, Vmware, Apple and Linux are a plus.

- Set up and maintain network systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot and resolve network related issues
- Monitor and analyze network performance and security
- Install and configure software, hardware, and other equipment
- Develop and implement best practices related to network infrastructure
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or Equivalent Job Experience
- Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
- IT Support Experience
- Knowledge of Windows OS in workstation and server environment
- Azure Knowledge is a benefit
