We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.   • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
  • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, fun person for this position. You should be a highly motivated team player with a "can-do" attitude to serve as our Advertising Sales Consultant. You will work and travel alongside our CEO.

  • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • Good organization and time management skills

  • 5+ years of extensive sales experience
