Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company sales goals on a national scale
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure objectives are met or exceeded
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and partnerships
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, with a focus on leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales force to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Compensation
$110,000 - $113,000 yearly
