Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities, personally closing key accounts and driving sales.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and product positioning strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for executive management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales management and personal sales achievements, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales professionals.

Compensation
$118,000 - $128,000 yearly
